Anyone going to the Houston Area Apple User Group (haaug) swap meet on saturday?
(I kept meaning to post a thread about it, but I finally remembered to now..
)
Usually the swap meets are pretty fun. You get to meet with other Mac-heads, get into fights about hardware (Ooo.. PPC v intel should be fun this year), pick up some Mac-usin' men, etc.
Every time I've been, someone has given something away for free... That's where I got my 8100 A/V and my PowerBook 150s.
It's pretty fun, you can always find a deal, and err.. chill?
I'm not actually a member of HAAUG, I just like the swap meets. "Swap meets are so texas," as I've bee told by a New York friend.
