hack newb questions after jailbreaking

ill post them in hopes of quality answeres
1. how do I add programs other than apple on the touch and any good websites for the programs?

2. how do I add my own folders and if needed hide them from other users?

3. do I need to run the winpwn to add aditional programs each time and if so how do I reset the touch to do it?

answer to question numbr 1:
once you jailbreak your ipod touch (Pwnage tool 2 works for updated ipods) cydia will automatically be added to your ipod just like any other application, then you can go on cydia select whatever applications you want and download them, alot of those apps are also available at the app store now too

you don't use websites to get them

3) you don't need to reset it each time... but if you need to reset your ipod you can just do it from itunes as long as you hold alt and chose to reset it using the thing that you created while jailbreaking your ipod
