Hackers have been able to bypass UAC since 1992

Impressive, considering UAC did not exist in 1992. UAC was introduced with Vista in 2006. Those hackes must have a time machine.
The beautiful thing about privilege escalation exploits is that they really don't care about when whatever rebranding of DAC was released to be able to bypass it anyway.
