What exactly is so great about a crappy GMA950 based clone that has no iLife..no Apple support and is barely cheaper than a Mini when you have a complete system?

Fool...money...parted.

Nuff said.

For a desktop, the fan noise alone on that model seemed extremely loud. That alone would stop me from buying it. It reminded me of the old Packard Bell computer days. Cheap parts = low prices.

Of course part of the Apple price is simply the name itself.

Not to mention it's extremely loud and sounds like a shop vacuum cleaner.

I tell you I went from a homebuilt PC with a loud fan to a Mac mini that was damn near silent. I wept tears of joy.

There are somethings you just have to pay more for. I don't mind cloning as a potential but I was there selling Mac during the first go round and all Mac clone companies have been nothing but leeches.

Macs are not THAT expensive...well they aren't right after new product announcements LOL.
