will a nVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 256MB PCI work on a hackintosh? will a integrated Intel GMA845 work on OS X? Will a ATI RADEON 7000 32MB PCI work on a hackintosh?

have a extra motherboard i want to turn into OS X

Then those parts are probably not usable, as those specific components you listed were never available as Mac version.
If you really want a functioning Hackintosh, you have to get the correct parts, tonmacx86 has some good guides about that, even for Hackintosh builds below 500 USD.
