Some news in case somebody is following how OsX is doing on pc hardware. (I'm supprised there are no news on macrumors yet, this is already older)
first: Beside Psystar also a germany company called PearC has started to sell pc system with MacOs preinstalled, using an EFI emulation. They claim even apple update work fine. They do not install a modified OsX.

The are not attacked by apple yet. They claim after german law apples restriction is not valid. Let's wait and see what happens on that end.
