hello.,
Been out of the loop for a minute., and had a accident. I was careless and knocked over my water. Cup spilled and a little bit of water got on my keyboard. I turned the Mac off ASAP patted dry upside down. Kept it off for 4 days sitting upside down.

And I finally turned the Mac back on. And everything seems to be working fine. It’s been 2 weeks now. And 3 full charge cycles. Any other precautions I should take ?

Mac at hand is a 2018 13” ntb maxed out

Thanks for any input advice !

I always try to keep water an arms stretch away from me when I'm sitting at my laptop. That way I can still reach and drink it but if I knock it over I have time to quickly move my laptop away from the situation, and even if some water touches it, hopefully it won't fall all over the keyboard and speakers.

This is a rule I have followed pretty strictly for many many years and so far so good *fingers crossed*
