How in the hell does it look like WT? That's the most inane thing I've heard in the last 10 minutes. Really man, I think it says the owner probably has a sense of humor. Nothing more.
How does it? The pic was cropped before I posted it, it had messes of trash laying around the yard, old rusty cars from who knows what decade. I see this all the time nowdays, people can't clean up their yard?

Sorry to anyone if I offended you, I have nothing against WV and did not mean to generalize/stereotype. Here in Ohio it's just quite common to make jokes about WV.
