Hi people, I am new to the forums and have a problem. I have a Mac book pro that goes dimm when I get to the OS options screen when you hold C to boot from the Disk. We are using MAC OS X Lepord 10.5.6 Black label version to boot from. To make things worse I finally got to the password reset and changed the password but the problem is I didn't know or it looks like I should have wrote down a new referenced user. If you have any input, I sure would appreciate it. I work for a small computer place and no it's not Geek squad. If I go to password reset again it says there is no avalible users. The custumer has music that he wants to keep but if I can't get this figured out we are just going to buy the re-load disk from Apple. Thanks for your help guys.
