One thing I love about Snow Leopard is the contextual services menu. I also love the way that you can make your own services in Automator. I have made a few simple services to cut out a few extra minutes spent doing something and I use them every now and then. But today when I was going to hide the file extensions for a bunch of files, I saw that a few of the default extensions are in another language. I went over to System Preferences to check this out and it turns out that a bunch of the Default services are in Spanish (or some other language) now. All my language setting are in English and I have only noticed this for the services.

I figured a simple solution would to restore from a time machine, but because I had just reformatted my external HDD yesterday, I only have one backup. The last time I used a service was a day or two ago so I don’t know if that backup has the same problem.
