Half of the screen is yellow, other half is blue?

Found out my phone has a half cool/half warm screen. The top of the screen is cool and blue but the bottom of the screen is yellow and warm. To some extent, its almost like having the "gradient" stock wallpaper except its not. Just a reminder for everyone, this is a photo taken at 100% brightness, Auto-Bright off, on a purely white screen.

Is this replaceable? Plan of attack anyone?

I'd start with the carbonated beverage of your choice and a sammich.

Then I'd go to an Apple Store and get a replacement.
