Hey guys. Here is example of what I’m asking about.... I take picture in halide app in RAW format. Then try to save it to phone and when I go back to look at it it’s already processed and blown out by the phone. Is that normal?
Darker photo is halide RAW. The other photo is after saving it to photo app on phone. iPhone 12 pro.

It’s normal. It is a DNG raw file that the iPhone camera roll doesn’t read properly. Import it to Lightroom mobile or your choice, then edit it. Go to settings in Halide and select capture. I have mine set as RAW only and not raw+jpeg. If you have RAW+ deleted, you’ll get both raw and jpeg saved. I don’t think Halide has its own photo library like other apps.
When I shoot a raw file in Halide, the DNG file is sent to the camera roll. I then take it to Lightroom mobile and edit it there.
Are you using the instant raw feature?
