Halo Wars for Xbox One

Hey guys

I just bought Halo Wars... An Xbox 360 game off of eBay for $8 and when I popped it into my Xbox one .. It does not work... Doesn't registers as a game. The game seems to be legit and has the Xbox 360 seal and the game is clean as new

Am I missing anything?
