Had a 12 mini but with the camera and promotion upgrades I decided to go with a 13 pro this generation, but I spend a lot of money one using my phone in bed and have been getting hand cramps from the 13 pro. thinking maybe I should go back to a mini. Any thoughts?

The 12 and 13 Mini are virtually identical in terms of size, it‘s up to you to decide whether the smaller body and lighter phone is worth more to you than the added features of the iPhone 13 Pro.

To me, the 13 Pro features are more important than the smaller size, but I also don‘t mind the size of the 13 Pro. I think it mainly comes down to two decisions: How much do you value a) the camera and b) the 120 Hz screen. If these two aren‘t a big deal to you, then the Mini probably won‘t be a bad option.

You can go to the regular 13. The pain could be just from the weight of the 13 Pro.

I had similar pain on hand, arm and wrist when I upgraded from the 12 pro to the 13 pro max. I thought I would eventually get used to the weight but the pain got worse. Tried it for 10 days. I ended up downgrading to the 13 pro. I still find the 13 pro heavy compared to my old 12 pro but the weight is more bearable. How long have you tried the 13 pro? Have you looked into get a nice light, grippy case? also I tried pop sockets and they help a lot in distributing the weight of the phone on your had.
