Hand-Me Down Canon eos Digital Rebel

A friend gave me his old canon digital rebel. the 300D one. it works! but the CF pins are all messed up. he said they got bent and stuff and tried to fix it. i took a peak inside and the pins are in good shape cept one of them is MISSING! *gasp*! O_O i tried getting a quote which is about 150 to 200 bucks! O_O is there a way to solder a pin in?

You would have to replace the whole CF connector if a pin is broken. Finding the right one, and then doing the delicate soldering is likely to be tricky.
