Hand washing showing two instances in location services, with two different settings?

I’ve factory reset the watch, as it seems to be a bug, but after setting up as new, it’s still occurring?

Can anyone confirm if this is a bug, or is there something wrong?

For whatever reason, yes there are two entries there. And still doesn’t work correctly regarding alerting you when you get back home.

Hopefully they will sort this out in the next version but this is Apple after all so I don’t expect it to ever be fixed.

This has been a problem ever since the feature was released.

The reminders for when I get home always worked perfectly until the crap-shows that are watchOS 8 and iOS 15.
