I don't know if this has been asked before but is there an app where you write something with the Apple Pencil and then it immediately converts to type written text? I think I saw something like that in one of the Mockingjay movies and thought it would be neat.
 
I use the Mazec keyboard. It works pretty well, and is available anywhere there is keyboard input.
This isn't specifically for the iPad Pro, it works on all devices.

Writepad, but interface may not be what you like.
 
Thanks for info! I didn't know there was handwriting recognition apps out there. I will definitely look into them.

Thanks for the suggestion on Mazec. I bought it and tried it out just now, and it seems promising. I see that they have specialized versions for other applications (business, medicine), but those only seem to be for Chinese input. My handwriting is pretty poor but it seemed to do a pretty nice job of keeping up for the most part.
