I have a technologically challenged grandpa (the kind who needs help operating an iPod) and we're on a mission to play his DVDs on his Apple TV.

I can open Handbrake and click all the right settings and rip it, but gramps just can't do it. If Handbrake would save my settings and automatically open (like Mac The Ripper does) when I stick a DVD in and start ripping it, the world would be a better place.

And no, there's no possible way to teach him how to select source/destination folders (he's 96 years old), maybe 3 or 4 clicks at most.

Any ideas? Handbrake alternative?

Mac the Ripper is an alternative i believe. But at 96 years old, shouldn't he be doing "grandpa" stuff? I mean like my grandpa still uses his vcr daily, let alone will be able to use a computer...
