HandBrake Chapter Names on iPad

I've ripped several DVD's using HandBrake to play on my iPad. I manually edit the chapter names in HB. When I play back the file in Quicktime on my mac to titles are correctly listed, e.g. Opening Titles. But when I play the same file back on my iPad its is listed as Chapter 1. This is a little irritating when I have a title with many chapter marks. Is there any way to fix this problem?
