I was wondering if anyone knows what setting to use in handbrake so when I convert a movie for use on my apple tv that same file can be moved to my iPod touch with out having to reencode the file again. I have bought movies on my apple tv that get synced back to my mac and from there I am able to transfer them to my iPod touch with out reencoding them. But when I convert a movie with handbrake and try and do that I get a error and I have to select "make a iPod version of this movie" within iTunes. This is a huge time waster, I hope someone can tell me what they do. I would rather just encode once and do it like apple does.

Thanks

No one knows what i am talking about?

Use the Apple->Universal setting. If you don't see Universal, update them with Presets -> Update Built-in Presets.
