HandBrake doesn't save audio settings in presets

Hi all,

I'm going crazy. I have a batch of 50 video files I'm trying to compress using HandBrake. When I use the "Add All Titles to Queue..." function, only the first video maintains my audio settings. The rest default to 320kbps. Also, when I create custom presets, the audio settings are NEVER saved in that preset.

Thoughts? Tips?
