Handbrake Error On Start-up

Has anyone seen this error before? running on Windows 7 32bit.

An Unknown Error has occured.
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\Pooh Bear\AppData\Roaming\HandBrake\settings.xml' is denied.

Mine kicks an error every time I start it up as well. It didn't until the latest version. I close it and it runs fine.

The only difference I never named my user account Pooh Bear.....hahahaha!
