Handbrake Icon

Hi, I'm new to Mac and just downloaded Handbrake. Is their a reason the app is only readable? I was also interested in changing the app's icon, but since it is only readable, it won't let me. Thanks in advance to all that can help.

CMD + Space > Terminal > "press enter"
Type sudo -s
Type your password
enter



If you don't have password for your user, set it up!

Hmmmm, that didn't seem to work for me, but I just see all these replacement icons for Handbrake. Anyone else have a different method? Anyone use handbrake and have a different icon?
