I purchased The Avengers 3-D Blu-Ray pack that came with a digital iTunes copy. Downloaded it on my iPhone 5 and the video plays perfectly in all 4 corners (see attached) without having to zoom. However, all of my other movies don't do this, they all have the empty black space on the top and bottom, and zooming in loses picture on the sides. Any idea how to correct this or what settings to use for Handbrake so I can re encode?
