So I finally read enough on here to rip a TV DVD on Handbrake. I ripped it at 2000kbps, 2 pass encoding, h.264. It was pretty good quality once burned until someone moved in the shot, then it becomes all blurry when they move! This can't be right, that would be terrible to watch for 6 episodes. What did I not do this time around? Thanks!
 
What frame rate did you encode at? I would recommend 30 fps for TV shows, probably higher for DVD's (but don't quote me on that, cause I'm kinda guessing).
