iPod touch Handbrake: Not getting full scenes from "The Office"

Hey Folks,

My first Handbrake experience went great (Pirates of Car. 2), but then two bad ones.

1. James Taylor Live disc has only static instead of sound (both as an mpg file on my computer and on my Touch).

2. First Season of The Office only got me 55 minutes (mostly seems like deleted scenes) and not the full 2:15 hours of material.

Any thoughts?

Not sure about the James Taylor but maybe you didn't specify the right chapters (or whatever they're called, can't remember) for the office
