handbrake preset question

i recently got eyeconnect and have decided to rip my entire dvd collection to a external hard drive and play them through my ps3 (and possibly and apple tv2 in the future) to save shelf space but cant decide which preset to use for best quality while not having crazy file space most dvd's are 3 hour wrestling events
