Handbrake Question

I want to replicate the same picture and sound quality from a DVD to a movie format to store on an external hard drive and stream to my xbox360. I have a Dolby Digital receiver and am able to get a good picture setting in Handbrake but not able to capture the Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. Is there a way to stream 5.1 from my mac to my xbox 360? I'm using Xbox360connect
