handbrake seperate audio track question

ive tried looking on the actual handbrake site but i dont want to get cursed on that forum..

basically ive already finished with 2 dvds, went to the third and noticed a seperate audio_ts track from the one video track? does the video contain its own audio track and is the 2nd audio something like dts or 5.1?

if not, how do you combine both??
