handbrake to DVD?

Can Handbrake be used to make a video TS folder or something that can be burnt to a DVD using toast. I'm looking for an alternative to mactheripper and I only use handbrake to convert my dvd collection to Apple TV but wanted to make a dvd of a movie.

VisualHub isn't free, but it can author DVD's quite well as well as convert. Well worth the $24.
