Handbrake Videos won't transfer to iPhone?

I've ripped some DVDs in H.264 with AAC audio, yet for some reason, they won't transfer to my iPhone.

Why would this be? They are using the same codecs as the Store-downloaded videos, and are the same size (In GB's).

Yes, I did.

They play fine in iTunes/Front Row.
