Handbrake won't let me adjust file size?

I'm trying to rip a 2-hour movie, in the same quality as an iTunes Store Purchase. Currently, Handbrake is set to 700MB file size as default.

I want to change this to 1500MB. It lets me do this, but as soon as I click start, it reverts to 700MB.

I ripped a movie earlier with no problem, so whats the issue now? :confused:
