Handbreak Green Pixels and Lines!

Handbreak worked great for me until, a couple months ago it started doing this

My mac plays DVD's and CD's fine. It will also copy CD's fine. I'm not sure what the issue with handbreak is. Perhaps I updated this and then it happend I'm not sure. I have tried reinstalling it again.
