Handoff between 10.11dp4 and 9.0dp4

anyone has any luck with handoff between 10.11dp4 and 9.0dp4? i have 2013 MBA, iPhone 6plus, iPad mini 1st gan.

Handoff only works between iPad and iPhone (iOS) but not between iOS and OS X.
