Handoff Calls to/from OSX

When the Apple Watch is in bluetooth range of your iPhone you can handoff calls to and from the watch so say for example if you answer the call on your Watch then decide you want to take it on your phone there is an Phone icon that appears on your iPhone lock screen which you can swipe up. The call is then placed on hold for a short time whilst you unlock your phone and continue the call on your iPhone.

Is this possible on OS X currently? So I can take the call on my iPhone and continue it on my MacBook Pro, or take the call on my MacBook Pro and continue it on my iPhone?

To users of the Apple Watch, can you handoff calls from/to your MacBook Pro?

Not sure, interesting question.

I've just made 1st phone call via macbook/iphone6/earphones.

not working this week may have time to experiment.
