Hands free head set for iPhone

I want a comfortable hand free headset. No earbuds! Something for use in the car or at home, don't care how dorky it looks.
Would this work?

There's bluetooth headsets. As long as you don't care that you'll look like the borg . . .

Try out the Sound ID 510, it's very comfortable and lightweight. It has special earbuds that will stay in your ear. Even if you hate in-ear headsets, try this one out.
I never tried headphone/headsets before so I cannot help you on that part.
