Handwriting App words/maps D&D game

Need some suggestions for a handwriting ipad app that will allow me organize and to input handwritten notes with sketches of maps for D&D game. I understand I will need special stylus/pen to allow for writing on an ipad. Currently I just use a notebook and pen but was hoping to use the Ipad that I all ready have.

Hi Garand, have you had a look at Dungeon Mapp? You can create D&D maps very quickly on the fly:
