iPad Handwriting on 1ST Gen/Jot Script

As anyone tried handwriting on the 1st generation iPad (IOS 5), with apps such as Memo, Goodnotes, Evernotes, etc., using the Jot Script stylus?
 
Bluetooth is an option but it's not required. I'm sure it will work fine.
