Handwriting to Text

Good Day Folks!

I am sure this has been asked, but I could not find anything. I am in need of a handwriting to text note taking app that I could use at work for meetings. I was hoping the app Outline+ had this feature, since the rest of the app is useful to my needs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
