Handylight Bust?

Has anyone here who has used handylight to tether their iPhone to their laptop received those infamous AT&T messages to switch to an official tethering plan?

So far so good here--but I haven't used it heavily since the crackdown began. I'm not jailbroken either. Just wondering what other people's experiences were.

I wouldn't post it in the hacks section. Everyone here uses MyWi or tetherme.
