Hang of Mac OS after update to 10.5.5

Hi, guys. Yesterday I bought Macbook (MB402RSA) and decided to update Mac OS 10.5.2 to 10.5.5 using Mac OS X 10.5.5 Combo Update. After some minutes of a black window appears with message that said to restart OS. But touchpad did not react on my clicks that's why I restarted macbook using power button. After that I've got a problems. When OS started the Apple logo appeared, then blue background with appearing from time to time grey progress wheel and ... that's all. I tried to restart notebook several times - result was the same. But a huge problem it's I can't start from boot disk. I loaded OS with holden "C" (before it worked), but no reaction. I tried to load with Command+V and Command+S but result was the same. Only possibility to run with selection of hard disk works fine. But it couldn't help me cause I have just boot dvd and my own usb-flash. I don't know what to do else. I'll appreciate for any advice.
