Been using 8.3 beta 1 since it was released and have noticed that its deteriorating slowly everyday. I am experiencing system wide hang ups from apps failing to open past the initial start up screen (twitter sits on the bird logo) to keyboards not coming up. If I open the settings app and start scrolling through it will lock up and I have to close it out. I have already reported all the bugs to Apple but wanted to see what other users are experiencing. Also please refrain from telling me its a beta and to expect this. I know what I have gotten into just looking to confirm that its not just me.
