Hello!
My mid 2013 retina mac has been flawless until the last few days, no new applications installed but now every 60 seconds or so it pauses with the the spinning wheel thing. Happens to more often when changing from Safari to Mail for example. The delays happen and nothing works takes about 15 seconds and its really annoying as you can imagine!
Looking at the activity monitor it always that nearly all the ram is used, even after a restart and SMC reset. Kernel task is always using around 500mb then its safari about 250mb and rest is made up of mail (170) etc.
Any ideas?!
