Okay, so I decided to Reset all the settings (basically erase everything on my iphone) and when it was done, it tried to reboot. Unfortunately I am now stuck on the apple logo.

It just turns off when I do the hard restore, and when I try to go into DFU mode, it just sits there and itunes never recognizes it. I even tried to sit and wait for it to boot but, after 30 minutes I think its stuck.

Anything I can do?

If you are thinking about selling it, then it's ok to send it like that. You can also take out the SIM card then plug it into iTunes and it requires that you update to 4.0.1 and it will ask to put in the SIM card. Sounds like you had it JB?

Also, be careful, b/c the battery will run down and the iPhone will die....
