hangs on incomming call if contacts open

I was wondering this this is a known bug.

Three times my phone has hung when I had a incomming call and I had contacts open. (the phone did't ring, just froze needng a re-start (home/wake button hold), and sure enough when it re-boots there is a missed call there.

Ive updated the firmware and everything.
