Dedicated to that little machine that changed the computer world forever. May your legacy live on far into the future.

I wish they would release newer computers in the style of the old ones and have a classic/legacy line with today's hardware.

I can't stand looks of the newer machines unless its the mac mini. I love the MacPro/PowerMac G5 the most. the old Imacs looked better in my opinion.

Let's hope for another 30 years and more:apple:

Maybe they could make a special edition "30th anniversary macintosh" with mac mini internals and a mac classic casing. OR they could even maybe fit mac pro internals if they put an LCD display in it instead of a CRT.

Did anyone else notice that the Macintosh TV has the incorrect icon for its slideout thingy? The icon it has matches the PowerPC Performa all in one design like the Performa 5200.

Yep - I also noticed the '05 PowerMac G5 had two optical drive bays.

Guess they got a little lazy. Still a very impressive & interesting page though. Was reading through it for hours yesterday.

Where are you seeing the 2005 G5 icon at?

There's so very little you can do with web fonts. They had to keep it simple so it'd work across all browsers. So I guess that's why there's repeats that are very notable after the 1980's models.
