I watched this 12 minute video from the NYT on what happened to the thousands of Bob Ross paintings. They're safe and they're not for sale.

I remember watching his show, "The Joy of Painting" growing up a lot and I loved it. I loved the paintings of course, but I also enjoyed his wisdom and wit and found his 26 minute show to be soothing and relaxing as well.

I still watch a video of it now and then when I see one pop up on YouTube or Twitch.

Saw that the other day on YouTube. Very interesting. I would sometimes watch Ross's videos on PBS back in the late 90s late at night. They had a nice calming effect on me then.
