I am glad iOS 17 added the ability or have multiple times running at the same time. I felt this was much needed.
However, the implementation and ease of use needs improvement.
First, you should be able to pin times you've named to the top and/or be able to rearrange the order of listed timers.
It's annoying that my most used timers, the ones I set and named first, are at the bottom of the list.
Second, there should be some type of animation when you start a timer from the list.
As of now, if I scroll down to the bottom of my list and press start on a timer, I have no visual indication it was started. I need to scroll up to the top where the timer is running to see if its on. Before I discovered this I sent multiple timers when I really only wanted it once.
Lastly but not leastly, timers should not double up on the list.
If I start a timer that I've named, it also appears at the top of the list unnamed. It's duplicative, cluttering and unnecessary.
I hope Apple can make these minor changes in the future version of the timer app.
