Happy With New MBPs!!!

Yesterday, I ordered a 15.4" 3.06GHz MBP with 4GB of RAM, and 7200RPM 500GB drive to replace my aging MBP from 2005 which is giving me hardware issues now. I was extremely happy yesterday after the WWDC presentation was done. Yes, I am disappointed in the loss of the ExpressCard slot (I used mine all the time), but instead, I opted to buy a Firewire hub and will buy another CompactFlash reader that uses Firewire instead of the ExpressCard slot.

I also got a 24" Cinema Display. It's like Christmas in June :D. I can't wait!
 
Yes. The updates (and price cuts) announced yesterday were certainly wonderful.

Do post your views and observations on your MBP. Frankly Im dying to hear about the screen. If Aple truly delivers the excellence, I mightnot wait for calpella! :)
