I was forced to update to isOS26 last week, as the security updates for 18 are not available for my SE.

Now with 26, a lot of times I click the home button but if feels like pushing the glass - there is either no feedback at all, or the feed back registers half a second too late; long enough to make the "click" really weird. Like in old PC times, when we would click - click again because the Windoze had a really bad lag; and no queue.

It used to be that on macOS, if we knew the dialog which would come up we could click the button before it actually was drawn on screen because the clicks were processed in a queue and never lost. Now iOS is going *KAKA* to be more compatible with Windows?

Im talking about the click on the home button to go from sleep to turn it on; and the click (home button) to go from an app to the main menu (app icons).

I can barely detect a delay, didn't notice it until you mentioned it. I have the v2 SE, which version do you have?

I don't notice too much difference on my work phone, se 2022. There is a very slight delay. Have you checked your home button settings?
